Who we help, and acceptable use
YourBanGuy provides account-recovery and abuse-takedown assistance to legitimate account owners and genuine victims of online abuse. By engaging us, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of any account you ask us to recover, or a genuine victim of the abuse you ask us to address, and that the information you provide is truthful.
You agree not to use our services to harass, defame, or unlawfully target any person; to suppress lawful speech, journalism, or criticism; to gain access to an account you do not own; or to sabotage a competitor. We require evidence of a genuine policy or legal violation before reporting any account or content, and we will decline or stop any case that falls outside these limits.
What we do and do not promise
We prepare, file, and escalate cases through platforms' official channels using legitimate, evidence-led methods. We do not use exploits, purchase access, or bypass platform security, and we never request your password or two-factor codes.
We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including any ban, removal, recovery, or timeline. Every decision rests with the relevant platform's independent review. Any estimates we give are good-faith assessments, not promises. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of results.
Nothing here is legal advice. For matters that may require legal action — such as certain copyright disputes or counter-notices — you may need to consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Fees, limitation of liability, and changes
Service scope and fees are agreed case by case before work begins. We will be clear about what is included.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourBanGuy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome determined by a third-party platform. Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
